REJ603 is designed for selective short-circuit and earth-fault protection of feeders in secondary distribution networks, and for the protection of small transformers in utilities and industries. It is a CT-powered numerical relay intended for locations where auxiliary power is unavailable or unreliable, making it ideal for remote installations.It is mainly used in ring main units (RMUs) and secondary distribution switchgear. Variant 1.5 supports special CTs, while Variant 3.0 supports conventional CTs
